SenorView Rapid Evaluation Platform

Our standard Rapid Evaluation Platform employs Confocal Sensor technology, in order to acquire part profile characteristics (distance and thickness measurements). However, as part material is varied, there may be need to utilise alternative forms of 3D Sensor technology, such as, 3D Laser Line Sensing or Structured Light.

The SensorView Rapid Evaluation Platform, simplifies the use of various 3D Sensors. This flexibility, enables rapid part analysis, accelerating evaluation through to deployment. 

Scan Any material

Scan glass, mirror like surfaces, dull & black surfaces

Integrated XY stage

Your part moves under the sensor resulting a 3D profile that is automatically imported & visualised in the  main Application

Different measurement ranges

Choose from 600um, 1.2mm, 4mm & 10mm measurement ranges depending on accuracy required

Visualise 3D scan data

Easily visualise your 3D scan dat. Rotate, zoom in out, filter, threshold and report

Easy to use

No code or you can write your own Python filters if you have the expertise

Extensible

Need some custom functionality. Not a problem. We built this platform with extensibility in mind. We can add filters and features ,meaning the platform never dates

Swap in and out different 3D sensors

Swapping in and out a sensor is a s simple as dragging and dropping the required sensor into the workflow pipeline

A path to production

Once you have a workflow that you are happy with we can deploy this to our dedicated Deployment controllers, if you wish to go that route

The spec?
